Machine Learning Engineer, Search Ranking

We're looking for talented Machine Learning Engineers to join our Search ranking teams. You will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge ML models that power the world's most comprehensive and useful information retrieval system. Your work will involve understanding complex ranking signals, building large-scale ML infrastructure, and iterating rapidly to improve search relevance. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and deploy ML models for search ranking and relevance. - Collaborate with researchers and product managers to define and execute ML roadmaps. - Optimize model performance and scalability for massive datasets. - Conduct experiments and analyze results to drive continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in software development and/or machine learning. - Experience with C++ or Python. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Experience with large-scale distributed systems and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Strong understanding of information retrieval, ranking algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
